Whale Watching in Victoria
We will meet at the wharf at 1 Dallas Road in Victoria, where we will board the boat for a whale watching trip on the Haro and Juan de Fuca Straits. As we proceed into Victoria's waters, you will observe views of the city from the boat's deck. The tour includes sightings of orcas and humpback whales in their natural habitat, along with various sea birds and other wildlife native to the area.
While sailing through the waters surrounding Victoria, we will learn about the characteristics of these cetacean creatures and discover interesting facts about the local environment. After observing these animals, we will return to the harbor, arriving four hours after departure.
Weather conditions
Whales are unpredictable animals. The number seen during the tour depends on various factors, including sea currents, weather, and wind direction.
