Budapest Day Trip

On this day trip from Vienna to Budapest, we will travel to the capital of Hungary, known as the Pearl of the Danube, to explore its history and notable landmarks.

What's in store:

The trip begins with a morning pickup from your hotel, followed by departure to Budapest.

Upon arrival, the city sightseeing tour will start at Heroes' Square. From the bus, you will view significant landmarks such as the Opera House, the Synagogue, and the Elisabeth Bridge. Photo opportunities will be available.

Next, we will proceed to the banks of the Danube River for views of the Budapest Parliament and the Chain Bridge. We will then disembark to continue exploring on foot, visiting Freedom Square and the exterior of St. Stephen's Basilica, which accommodates approximately 8,500 people.

Around 2:30 pm, you will have 90 minutes of free time for lunch and personal exploration. We will reconvene at 4:45 pm in front of the Intercontinental Hotel in Budapest to return to Vienna.

After a comprehensive 12-hour day of sightseeing, the tour will conclude near the Vienna Opera House.
