Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Vienna. The drive will take approximately 3.5 hours through the Salzkammergut mountain district to reach Hallstatt, located in the Austrian Alps. An English-speaking guide will accompany you as you explore the town's historic cobbled streets and architectural highlights, reflecting its 700 years of history.

You will have 1 hour 30 minutes of free time for lunch and additional exploration.

In summer, the tour concludes with a boat trip on the lake. During other seasons, you will visit the Bone House in St. Michael's Chapel, which features over 600 artistically painted skulls dating back to the 12th century.

After the day trip, we will return to Vienna by bus, arriving at the Vienna State Opera at 8:15 pm.
