Attending a classical music concert in the Musikverein is essential when in Vienna, featuring Mozart's most renowned works in a captivating setting.

The Program

The Vienna Mozart Orchestra has showcased the finest musicians since 1986, performing Mozart's masterpieces flawlessly. Ticket holders will enjoy celebrated pieces by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by 30 musicians, including instrumental songs and opera arias and duets. Performers will appear in authentic period costumes.

The concert concludes with the New Year's Concert finale, including the Blue Danube and Radetzky March, held in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall of the Musikverein.

Concerts start at 8:15 pm and end at 10 pm, divided into two acts with a 17-minute intermission. Note: The concert on March 31st in the Golden Hall begins at 3:30 pm.

The Stage

The Musikverein, a premier venue for classical music in Vienna, is recognized as one of the most traditional concert halls globally. Located in Karlsplatz and established in 1870, it features a neoclassical design.

With your ticket, you will attend a Mozart concert in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall, both renowned for their beauty and acoustics.

Seating Categories

There are four seating categories: Superior, A, B, and C, with the least expensive tickets further from the stage. Booking in advance is advised, especially for preferred seating.
