Mozart Concert at the Musikverein

Attending a classical music concert in the Musikverein is essential when in Vienna. Experience Mozart's renowned works in a memorable setting.

The Program

The Vienna Mozart Orchestra, established in 1986, features premier musicians from Austria. This year, they are showcasing Mozart's masterpieces. With this ticket, you will hear famous pieces by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by 30 musicians, including both instrumental songs and opera arias and duets. Performers will be in period costumes and wigs. The concert concludes with the New Year's Concert finale, where you will enjoy the Blue Danube and Radetzky March in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall.

Concerts start at 8:15 pm and conclude at 10 pm, comprising two acts with a 17-minute intermission.

The Musikverein, located in Karlsplatz and built in 1870, is a premier venue for classical music, renowned for its neoclassical architecture. With this ticket, you will attend a Mozart concert in the Golden Hall or Brahms Hall, both celebrated for their beauty and acoustics.

Seating Categories

There are four seating categories: Superior, A, B, and C, with the cheapest tickets located farthest from the stage. Early booking is advisable, especially for optimal seating. Seating charts for the Golden Hall and Brahms Hall can be provided upon request.
