Operation Guide

The Vienna City Card can be utilized for 24, 48, 72 hours or 7 days, as per your choice. Upon booking, you will receive a voucher containing a code which can be redeemed via the Vienna City Card website or through the complimentary IVIE app. This allows you to customize your card according to your travel dates and select the pertinent discounts you wish to use along with public transport.

However, please be aware that reservations may be needed for certain locations to gain entry. The discounts will remain valid for 7 days from the activation of your card, irrespective of the duration purchased.
