Ferry to the Cies Islands from Vigo

At your selected time, head to the port in Vigo to board the ferry to the Cíes Islands, taking just 40 minutes. Once disembarked, you can explore the island's hills and beaches or relax at your leisure.

Ferry departure times from the Cíes Islands vary by season. You’ll find the schedule upon booking, and we'll confirm your specific return time as close to your original choice as possible.

Return on a Different Day

If you'd like to return on a different day, please indicate this in the comments section during reservation. Camping on the islands requires a permit from the Xunta de Galicia, as we only handle authorizations for same-day returns.

Low Season Guided Tours

During low season (October 1 to May 14), the ticket includes a one-hour tour with an official guide, as solo visits are prohibited. The guide will accompany you on the boat trip and show main routes upon arrival, sharing anecdotes about the history and nature of the archipelago. This guided tour does not occur during Easter due to high season.

Authorization from the Xunta de Galicia

In high season (May 15 to September 30 and Easter), you must bring your own authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. We will send it to you by email, while for the rest of the year, the guide will provide it.

Authorization for Campers

Campsite authorizations must be processed and canceled by the campsite. If not canceled, the shipping company cannot proceed. Once linked to a shipping company, authorizations cannot be reassigned. If canceled, a new authorization must be processed. If the campsite confirms cancellation, contact the shipping company to cancel boat tickets within the refund period.
