Swimming with Dolphins in Vila Franca do Campo

Can you imagine swimming with dolphins in the Azores? In this activity, we'll take a boat ride to see these mammals in the cold waters of Vila Franca do Campo.

Tour Description

Our experience will start at the designated time at the Vila Franca do Campo Marina, where we'll prepare with all necessary equipment and participate in a short briefing about the species we'll encounter.

Next, we'll board a speedboat to approach the dolphins carefully. Participants will have the chance to get into the water and interact with common, bottlenose, striped, and Risso's dolphins during this journey through the cold waters of the Atlantic.

After swimming with the dolphins, we'll head to a snorkelling spot to explore the marine flora and fauna around the island of São Miguel.

Finally, after 3 hours of activity, we'll return to the port.
