The Portuguese banks of the Duero produce exquisite wines in towns like Vila Nova de Gaia, home to Fonseca Winery, which has a history of over 200 years. This tour lasts about one hour and includes a self-guided exploration of how Porto wines are made, the history of Quinta do Panascal, the aging process, and sustainable wine-making techniques.
The guided tour concludes in the tasting room, where visitors can sample Oporto Fonseca Bin 27, while children may try grape juice made from grapes grown in the Duero Valley.

The free tour of the Fonseca Winery operates daily from 11 am to 1 pm and 1:30 pm to 7 pm (final admission at 6 pm).
