Gather at the designated time in front of the Afurada Market to embark on a memorable amphibius bus journey through Porto. This remarkable DUKW vehicle, originally employed in World War II, promises an exploration of the city unlike any other, traversing both land and water!

We'll commence by boarding the vehicle at the ramp, then proceed towards the river. Once in the water, the bus will gently sail toward the magnificent Arrábida Bridge. You'll witness one of the city's most extraordinary feats of engineering, characterized by its expansive concrete arch. Fun fact: it holds the title of the largest in the world.

As we continue our journey, we will cruise past the Massarelos Helipad, while enjoying views of the eponymous district, distinguished by its industrial heritage and historical ties to river transport.

In the distance, the silhouette of the church of Massarelos will appear, recognized as one of the most picturesque churches along the river coast. At this point, our amphibious bus will execute a turn, guiding us toward the mouth of the Douro, where the freshwater elegantly merges with the Atlantic—creating an extraordinary spectacle of natural beauty. As we approach the final segment of the tour, we'll glide alongside the Douro Marina, a contemporary nautical hub that stands in contrast to the traditional charm of Afurada.
