How Will the Wine Tasting Work?

The experience takes place at The Wine School, located in Vila Nova de Gaia, known for its wine-producing culture. Depending on your choice, you'll have between 30 and 45 minutes to taste different types of Portuguese wines, allowing you to explore various tastes, aromas, and colors.

Demystify Wine Workshop

In this option, you will participate in a Demystify Wine Workshop. The session covers the basic concepts of a tasting, including terminology and tips for selection.

You will learn about the history of wine in Porto, its origin, production methods, and its unique characteristics, along with the 5 wine-producing regions in Portugal and their iconic wines. The workshop concludes with a tasting of 5 wines paired with 5 typical Portuguese products.

Schedule

Tastings are available from Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. The Demystify Wine Workshop runs from Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. These times are flexible and subject to changes.
