Wool Workshop & Valle Escondido Tour

Pick-up from your hotel will occur at your preferred time, after which the group will head to El Recreo farm, located outside of Villa de Leyva, for a wool workshop.

The workshop lasts 1 hour and includes a masterclass from specialized farmers who will discuss the significance of wool in the region and the processes involved in obtaining quality wool. Participants will have the opportunity to handle unprocessed wool.

Following the workshop, traditional snacks from the region will be served, and participants will engage in a game of Tejo, with simple rules explained for beginners.

To conclude the tour, the group will visit the scenic landscapes of Valle Escondido, exploring lush forests and the River Cané. Important historical architecture, including an 18th-century mill, will be admired during this visit.

After a total of 4 hours, participants will be returned to their hotel in Villa de Leyva.
