Make the most of your time in La Romana by enjoying the unique experience of driving a speedboat down the Chavón River at top speeds. What better way to spend a morning?!

Description

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in La Romana and head by minibus to the Chavón River, a natural gem in the southern Dominican Republic.

Once there, we'll explain safety precautions and basic instructions for driving the speedboat before starting the adventure. On board the speedboats, we'll follow the guide, who will be on their own boat.

During the speedboat ride, you'll cruise full speed through the scenery from movies like Rambo and Apocalypse Now, feeling like an action hero. You'll also see the Casa de Campo residential complex with its luxurious villas and mansions.

We'll continue driving the speedboat along the Chavón River, making a stop at a river beach to refresh with water and tropical fruits while admiring the scenery.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point and head back to hotels in La Romana, arriving around 11:30 am.

Hotel Pickup

This activity includes pickup from hotels in La Romana (excluding Nueva Romana area), Bayahibe, and Dominicus. Pickups are not included in the Playa Nueva Romana area (mainly Bahia Principe La Romana and Bouganville hotels). If you're in this area, we'll pick you up at the Sunix Hacienda petrol station.
