On this trip to the Los Haitises National Park, you'll cruise along Samaná Bay and discover one of the most significant natural areas in the Dominican Republic.

We'll pick you up from your hotel and set off for Los Haitises National Park.

Upon arrival, we will kayak through this subtropical rainforest environment, observing the mangrove areas and the associated biodiversity.

Following the inland channels, we will enter the open sea to look for karstic mogotes that support various bird species such as pelicans, gannets, and herons.

Next, we will explore a cave featuring petroglyphs from indigenous groups; be cautious of the Boa constrictor endemic to the area.

We will then visit the Hotel Paraíso Caño Hondo, surrounded by nature with natural pools of the Jivales River. Following our relaxation, we’ll take a 4x4 tour to the summit of Redonda Mountain for panoramic views of the jungle.

At the end of the day, we will return to your hotel, arriving between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

This day trip includes pickup from hotels in La Romana and Bayahibe. Pickup in Bayahibe begins at 5 am, and in La Romana at 5:30 am.
