On this trip to the Los Haitises National Park, you'll cruise along Samaná Bay and discover a notable area in the Dominican Republic.

We will pick you up from your hotel and set off for Los Haitises National Park.

Upon arrival, we will kayak through part of this subtropical rainforest. During the boat trip, we will observe the mangrove areas and the biodiversity present.

After navigating the inland channels, we will head into the open sea to look for the karstic mogotes that rise in the water, providing habitats for various birds such as pelicans, gannets, and herons.

We will also visit one of the caves in the area, featuring petroglyphs left by indigenous groups. Be cautious, as you may encounter a Boa constrictor endemic to this location!

Next, we will go to Hotel Paraíso Caño Hondo, surrounded by natural pools of the Jivales River.

After enjoying the surroundings, we will take a 4x4 tour to the top of Redonda Mountain for panoramic views of the jungle.

We will return to your hotel between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

This day trip includes pickup from hotels in La Romana and Bayahibe. Pickup in Bayahibe starts at 5 am, and in La Romana at 5:30 am.
