Explore the beautiful surroundings of Villa Rica on our day trip to Chanchamayo and San Ramón. We'll gaze out at breathtaking views, try some tasty coffee and go swimming.

Chanchamayo & San Ramón Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll meet up on Avenida Leopoldo Krausse and set off for our first destination of the day. Let's explore the surroundings of Villa Rica!

On our tour through the province of Chanchamayo, we'll visit some of its most incredible attractions. We'll leave Villa Rica and cross the Kimiri Bridge to head towards San Ramón, the first city built in this central jungle area and the capital of the district of the same name.

Upon arrival, we'll take a guided tour of its historic centre and then venture into the Chanchamayo Valley. We'll visit a local hacienda and learn about this part of Peru's agricultural traditions, with the opportunity to try organic products, including coffee.

Next, we'll pass through the town of La Merced on our way to the La Cruz Viewpoint for views of the Tirol Waterfall.

After a typical lunch featuring a meat main course such as cecina, tacacho, or chorizo and a natural juice, we'll head to the Don Bosco pool for free time to swim or explore.

We will then return to San Ramón, allowing some time for shopping and browsing souvenirs.

Our adventure concludes as we return to Villa Rica, arriving at the pickup point by 4 pm.
