Description

We'll pick you up from your Villa Union hotel at the appointed time and set out in a rugged 4x4 vehicle along the iconic National Route 40, leading us to La Rioja's Vallecito Encantado, or the Enchanted Valley.

After navigating the arid landscapes, we'll reach this natural wonder and embark on a low-difficulty hiking adventure through Vallecito Encantado. The hike will last approximately 45 minutes, reaching elevations up to 1,300 meters (4,265 feet).

As we explore, you'll see a depression in the desert. To the east, the plain is encircled by the Cerros Colorados, while to the west, the Sierra de Maz is visible, with National Route 40 running through it.

During our journey, you'll encounter various rock formations in the Vallecito Encantado, including La Copa del Mundo, resembling the 2022 Qatar World Cup trophy, along with other geoforms like the Mexican Hat and El Barco.

After the hike, we'll return to Villa Union, with your hotel arrival scheduled approximately 3 hours after departure.
