Quinta Sardonia Winery Visit

If you're looking for a unique experience in Sardón de Duero, we've got the perfect activity for you! On our Quinta Sardonia Winery Visit, you'll learn all about how wines in Valladolid are made through a biodynamic process.

Winery Visit Details

Having met up at the indicated time at the entrance of Quinta Sardonia, one of Castilla y León's most important wineries, we'll start our guided visit. This place is just a short walk from the Duero River and features some of the most notable wines in Spain.

We'll go on a walking tour around the vineyards and see the surrounding pine forests. The soil is rich due to its calcareous origin with gypsum and marl.

After learning about the vines and different types of grapes, we'll head into the winery, which has two large concrete rooms that include the laboratory, vinification room, two aging rooms, and a bottle cellar. We will also observe the French oak barrels.

The visit will conclude with a wine-tasting session, featuring a Sardón and a QS2 paired with local cheese.

After 1.5 hours of touring, our guided visit will finish outside the Quinta Sardonia Winery.

Children Under 18

Children under the age of 18 can participate in this activity, visiting the vineyards and the winery. However, the wine-tasting portion is reserved for adults only.
