We will meet at the established time in the central patio of the Las Encomiendas wineries, located on the outskirts of Villafranca de los Barros. Here, we will start our guided tour of the expansive vineyards.

Next, we will enter the biodynamic wine cellar to learn about the different phases the Extremaduran grape undergoes post-harvest. Following this, we visit the gravity processing cellar to observe the winemaking process. The estate produces three wines: Unadir, Lengua Azul, and Xentia.

We will conclude the visit with a tasting of three wines, accompanied by a selection of traditional products from the province of Badajoz.

Persons under the age of 18 years old may visit the winery free of charge, but they will not be able to take part in the tasting.
