Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Vilnius and leave the city for a traditional Lithuanian sauna in a private vehicle. We'll go to a sauna in the Vilnius forests, where we'll also discover beautiful nature. Upon arrival, an expert will explain the different spa rituals available. You will learn about the besoms and the properties of plants used in the baths.

Finally, you'll enter the sauna to enjoy a steam and aromatherapy ritual. The scents of fir, oak, maple, or linden will fill the room, providing relaxation. After this experience, you'll enjoy a cup of tea to share impressions with the group. We will conclude the activity and return to your hotel in Vilnius, with an approximate duration of 4 hours.
