Viñales Valley Tobacco Farm Tour (2 hours)
Once on the bikes, we'll ride away from the city to admire the green landscapes of the Viñales Valley. After a ride, we'll arrive at a traditional tobacco farm, where we will learn about the production of Cuban cigars made by the farmers and taste them. Depending on the season, we will observe the seedbeds, plantations, and the collecting and drying processes. After the farm visit, we'll proceed to the tobacco harvesting area, witnessing how farmers transfer the product to factories and how leaves undergo the fermentation, selection, classification, and packaging processes.
Schedule: this tour operates every day at 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm
Viñales Valley Bike Tour (3 hours)
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at Calle Orlando Nodarse, give you bicycles, and start an adventure through this Cuban valley. The first stop will be the Mirador de los Jazmines for spectacular views over the Viñales Valley. We will then pedal to the Cueva del Indio, where we will take a short walk to observe stalactites and stalagmites, followed by a boat ride on the underground river. The tour will include a visit to the Mural of Prehistory, providing insights into ancient life in the region while enjoying a piña colada. This bike tour will finish after 3 hours, returning you to the starting point.
