During booking, you can choose between two tour options. Both start and end at Orlando Nodarse Street, including an English-speaking guide, bike rental, and entrance fees. Below are brief descriptions of each option:
Viñales Valley Tobacco Farm Tour (2 hours)
After starting on the bikes, we'll ride further from the city to admire the green landscapes of the Viñales Valley. We will visit a traditional tobacco farm, learning about the production of Cuban cigars made by farmers with the chance to taste them.
Depending on the season, we will observe seedbeds, plantations, and the tobacco leaves collection process, including the drying area. We will witness the detailed processes of fermentation, selection, classification, and packaging before cigars are manufactured.
Schedule: operates daily at 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm
Viñales Valley Bike Tour (3 hours)
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Calle Orlando Nodarse for bike distribution. The first stop will be the Mirador de los Jazmines for spectacular views of the Viñales Valley.
Next, we'll cycle to the Cueva del Indio, where we will explore the cave and take a boat ride on the underground river.
Before concluding the tour, we will visit the Mural of Prehistory, learning about ancient life in Viñales while enjoying a piña colada.
The tour finishes after 3 hours, dropping you off at the starting point.
