At the indicated time, we'll start this free tour of Viseu at Teatro Viriato.

First, we'll visit the Praça Dom Duarte, near the Church of Misericórdia and the Cathedral of Viseu, showcasing a blend of Romanesque and Gothic styles. The route continues through Fontelo Park, a key green area in the town.

The tour proceeds along Rua Direita to the Cava de Viriato, where we'll learn about Viriathus, the hero of ancient Lusitania. We will then explore the Jardim das Mães to uncover more of the local history.

Next, we'll visit the Parque da Cidade and the front of the Church of the Third Order of St. Francis. The tour will also include the iconic Aquilino Ribeiro Park and the Jardim da Ribeira.

Finally, after 1.5 hours of sightseeing, we'll conclude the free tour at the starting point.
