At the scheduled time, we will meet at the entrance of the Viver Cooperative. Interested in learning about one of the best wines produced in the Valencian Community? Let's proceed!

First, we will travel to the vineyards of the Viver Cooperative, located in the nearby municipality of Jérica. Upon arrival, we will take a walk through the vineyards to gain insights about these crops and the project aimed at recovering old vines.

After approximately half an hour touring the vineyards, we will return to the winery to learn about the history of wine in Viver. We will then visit the facilities of the Cooperativa Viver winery to discover the ageing processes of their products.

To conclude the tour, we will enjoy a tasting of 3 wines from the Viver Cooperative, paired with a lunch featuring local products, providing the perfect finish!

After two and a half hours of this enriching experience, we will conclude our visit.
