To cook one of Poland's famous dishes, visit 3 Stawki Street in Warsaw at your chosen time. A professional chef will share the secrets of Polish cuisine and lead you through the steps to become skilled at making pierogi.
Upon arrival, you will meet the chef and learn the basics. You will then knead the dough on the work surface. After letting the dough rest, you will prepare the filling with your choice of vegetables or meat. After frying the onions, you will mix in the remaining ingredients and spices. Once prepared, circles will be cut from the dough for filling, shaping them like Italian ravioli.
After cooking the pierogi in boiling water, you will enjoy them at the table paired with Polish liquor. The class lasts for two hours.
