Welcome to the capital of the USA! At the indicated time, we'll start this free walking tour of Washington DC at the World War II Memorial, located in the National Mall.

After learning about its history, we'll stroll along The Pool, where the iconic Abraham Lincoln Memorial is located. This site is one of the most photographed in the city.

Next, we'll head to the shores of the Tidal Basin, where we will see the monuments dedicated to Martin Luther King and Thomas Jefferson, as well as Washington's renowned cherry trees.

Our next stop is the George Washington Monument, a 169-metre (555-foot) obelisk. After discussing its history, we'll explore the various museums on the National Mall, concluding with a view of the impressive Capitol.

Finally, we'll end this 2-hour tour inThe Ellipse Park and admire the White House in the distance.
