If you want to experience dog sledding in Alaska during your summer trip to Willow, we have the perfect option. We will meet at 18408 W Reynolds Road at the scheduled time to begin the sledding activity.

We will first explain what mushing is, which involves driving a sled pulled by dogs during the summer months. The sled is adapted with wheels to move along the grass or dirt tracks characteristic of Willow in this season.

The two-person sleds will take you along trails used by trainers to teach the dogs to move freely through Willow Woods. There will be a stop to take in the wooden shelters and enjoy views of Denali, the highest mountain in North America.
