The museum features 3 pits filled with the funerary art of the emperor Qin Shi Huang, who reportedly ordered these memorials constructed around 221 B.C. Visitors can observe these statues outside the pits, noting the enamel decoration in various colours. You will learn about the symbols on the warriors' clothing and the restoration techniques applied to these ancient artifacts.

The Terracotta Army Museum operates from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with the last entry one hour before closure.
