Private Day Trip Details

Pickup will occur at your hotel in Nukus at the scheduled time. The journey will take us to the port of Moynaq, formerly part of the Aral Sea.

After a three-hour drive, we will arrive at the ship graveyard of Moynaq, where we will witness the history of this area. Our exploration will include the vast desert filled with rusty ships that once traversed the waters of the Aral Sea, which has been largely dried by human intervention.

During our visit, we will learn about the environmental destruction caused by USSR rulers decades ago, viewing the stranded ships that resemble a graveyard.

Afterwards, we will visit the Aral Sea and Regional History Museum for an hour to gain further insights into the region's history before returning to Nukus.

The tour concludes back at your hotel after approximately 8.5 hours of sightseeing.
