Yala National Park Safari
At 4:30 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Unawatuna to embark on a journey through the east of Sri Lanka. The safari in Yala National Park will begin after approximately 2.5 hours of driving.
Upon arrival at Yala National Park, we will explore trails within this natural haven for elephants, bears, and crocodiles. It's noted as one of the best places in Sri Lanka to spot animals.
During the 4x4 tour, we will provide insights about the animals across the more than 97,000 hectares of this area. Notably, Yala National Park has one of the highest concentrations of leopards in the world.
Midway through the safari, we will pause at a tranquil location in the park for a picnic lunch. Following lunch, we will continue to discover the diverse landscapes of Yala, which comprise wild, arid, and wetland sections.
Ultimately, after a tour lasting between 9 and 10 hours, we will depart the park and return you to your hotel.
