Cameroon Nature Reserve Tour
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Yaoundé at 8 am and drive to Mefou National Park. Created in 1999, this park is a wildlife refuge where we can spot gorillas, chimpanzees, and monkeys in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, we will learn about the conservation work for these endangered animals.
After visiting Mefou, we'll proceed to the Ebogo Forest Reserve along the Nyong River. We will board a boat for an exploration of this forest.
After returning to land, we will visit the cocoa fields of Ebogogo, greet the local people, and learn about their customs.
We will enjoy a traditional-style lunch in the middle of the forest before taking a stroll down a nature trail. Here, we will see the large sapele trees and various species of birds.
Finally, we will return by minibus to your hotel in Yaoundé at approximately 4 pm.
