On this tour of Isafjordur, you'll engage in activities such as kayaking and cycling while enjoying breathtaking natural scenery.

Ísafjörður Kayak & Westfjords Bike Tour

At 9:30 am, we will meet at Mávagarður to begin with a kayak tour in the bay of Isafjordur.

Prior to kayaking, we will walk to the shore of Neðstikaupstaður for an introduction to boat handling. Following this, we will paddle in the Westfjords, observing local bird and seal species.

After around two hours on the water, we will return to Mávagarður for one hour of free time. Subsequently, we will commence a bike tour, donning helmets and cycling into the rugged mountains of the Westfjords of Iceland.

This biking segment will take us through slopes, trails, and valleys, highlighting notable attractions like Tungudalur Forest and the Buná River with its prominent waterfall.

We will conclude the cycling tour and return to the starting point at 4:30 pm.
