After meeting at your selected time in Mávagarður, we'll walk along the shore of Isafjordur Bay. At the dock, a brief lesson on handling the kayaks will be provided before we start to paddle across the Icelandic waters.
The kayaking experience lasts two and a half hours on the waters of the Westfjords. During this time, the guide will share facts about Isafjordur and the region of Iceland. The mountain views will enhance your experience.
Keep an eye out for the wildlife in the area: possibly observing sea birds overhead and seal colonies swimming and basking in the bay.
