Skagway, Emerald Lake + Carcross Desert Tour

On this tour from Whitehorse, we will travel to Alaska, visiting the city of Skagway.

Description

We will pick you up from your hotel in Whitehorse at the indicated time and head south into the scenic area of Yukon.

The first stop will be Emerald Lake, where we will explore the shores, followed by a light snack and drink.

Next, we will visit the Carcross Desert, known as the smallest desert in the world. We will learn about the presence of sand dunes in this northern region.

Afterward, we'll arrive in the city of Carcross and continue south to the border. We will appreciate the views along the White Pass mountain pass as we enter Alaska.

In Skagway, we will explore this historical port town famous for its wooden houses from the gold rush era. You will have an hour of free time to eat in Skagway before we return to your hotel in Whitehorse, completing the tour in approximately 9 hours.
