Camel Ride and Night in the Desert

Description

Day 1

Upon meeting in Zagora, we'll begin our tour with a camel ride through the desert. This journey offers a chance to observe the vast landscapes and learn about the lifestyle of the nomadic Amazigh people.

The camel ride concludes at the haima camp for an overnight stay. Guests will enjoy mint tea while watching the sunset over the desert.

After nightfall, a traditional dinner will be served at the camp. The stars will illuminate the dunes, creating an unforgettable experience. The evening will feature drumming.

Guests will rest in their haimas, inspired by the desert's night ambiance.

Day 2

Participants will wake up to witness the sunrise over the desert, observing the changing hues of the dunes. After a breakfast in the camp, we'll return on camels to Zagora, arriving between 8 am and 9 am.

Camps

Overnight stays occur in a camp of haima tents. Water is not included and costs between 1EUR and 2EUR for 1.5 liters.

During booking, you can select between 2 types of accommodation:

The standard camp has shared toilets and showers and offers private haima tents for couples.

The superior camp features private bathrooms in the haima tents.

The camps are separate and distinct from one another.

Important

Children 5-11 years old must ride with an accompanying adult on the same camel.
