Tour Highlights

The tour meets at the indicated time in Ban Jela?i? square, from where we'll begin our tour of the scene of the Croatian War of Independence, which shook the country between 1991 and 1995, putting an end to the former Yugoslavia.

For a little over two hours, we'll tour the streets of Zagreb, exploring the consequences of the war on the civil population. We'll see those places worst affected by the bombardments and discover new buildings where once there were schools, hospitals, and houses.

We'll explore the underground tunnels from the Second World War and understand their historical significance as we navigate the dark galleries they form today.

After several hours of learning about the Croatian War of Independence and its impact on Zagreb, our tour will come to an end.
