Discover the most iconic sights in Slovenia's capital and one of the country's treasured natural gems on this day trip to Ljubljana and Bled from Zagreb.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at your chosen meeting point in Zagreb. After about two hours, we'll cross the border and arrive in Ljubljana.

Once in Ljubljana, accompanied by our English-speaking guide, we'll visit the historic center and some of its iconic landmarks: the Dragon Bridge, the old town, the Central Market, and Ljubljana Castle, where we'll enjoy a panoramic view of the city and the Slovenian landscape.

Before heading to our next destination, we'll stop to enjoy Slovenian cuisine in a traditional local restaurant (lunch not included).

After lunch, we'll travel to Bled, one of the most picturesque places in Slovenia.

After a short drive, we'll arrive at Lake Bled, where we'll board a pletna, the traditional boat, to approach Bled Island. There, with our guide, we'll discover the Church of Mary the Queen, a baroque structure with a bell tower over 50 meters (165 feet) high.

Lastly, we'll return to the shores of Lake Bled to visit Bled Castle before heading back to Zagreb.
