At the indicated time, we'll meet at Ban Jela?i? Square to start this food tour of Zagreb. We'll walk through the historic center of Zagreb and visit five different restaurants that present a range from traditional to avant-garde recipes, sharing interesting facts and customs related to local cuisine.

Next, we'll arrive at Dolac Market, the largest market in the city, where we'll see a variety of fruit, vegetables, meat, and bread and sample typical Croatian delicacies. At one stall, we'll try burek, a pie stuffed with meat.

You'll also sample the traditional dish ?evap?i?i?i, a grilled minced meat sausage served with crusty bread. The tour includes a tasting of štrukli, a cake with cottage cheese, and concludes with some chocolate sweets for dessert.

After a total of 3 hours, we'll end the food tour back at the starting point.
