We will walk into the historic center of Zagreb, stopping at five different restaurants that showcase both traditional and avant-garde Croatian recipes. During the walk, we will share interesting facts and customs related to the local cuisine.

Next, we'll visit Dolac Market, the largest and most popular market in the city. Here, we will explore a great variety of fruit, vegetables, meat, and bread and sample the most typical Croatian delicacies. At one stall, we will try the burek, a pie stuffed with meat.

You will also sample the traditional dish ?evap?i?i, a grilled minced meat sausage served with crusty bread. Additionally, we will taste the renowned Zagreb dish: štrukli, a cake with cottage cheese. To conclude, we will enjoy some chocolate sweets.
