Join us for a free Zagreb walking tour! We will meet at Trg bana Josipa Jela?i?a central square, near the horse statue, and embark on a journey through the historic center, uncovering its rich history and key monuments.
The route includes the charming Old Town, highlighting crucial events in the city's history, such as the disintegration of former Yugoslavia. We will visit the Stone Gate and the Black Eagles Pharmacy, operational for over seven centuries.
As we walk, we will reach St. Mark's Square, home to St. Mark's Church and the Lotrš?ak Tower, remnants of ancient fortifications. Next, we will head to Catherine Square, dedicated to poetess Katarina Frankopan, which houses the Museum of Broken Hearts and the Dverce Palace.
We will conclude our tour at the majestic Zagreb Cathedral, the tallest building in Croatia. The walking tour lasts approximately two hours.
