After half an hour, we'll make our first stop at a spice plantation, where we'll learn about the cultivation of these popular condiments and their properties. To discover why Zanzibar is known as the spice island, we'll taste Tanzanian delicacies including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander.
