If you're a local foodie while traveling, this Stone Town food tour is a must! We'll stroll through a World Heritage Site neighborhood and taste various traditional delicacies from Zanzibar.

Stone Town Food Tour

At 6 pm we'll meet next to the Old Fort of Zanzibar and start exploring Stone Town, the oldest part of Zanzibar City. We'll head to Darajani Market, where locals shop for meals and experience the vibrant bazaar.

Afterwards, we'll visit a restaurant to relax and admire a spectacular sunset while enjoying a soft drink or local beer.

With nightfall, we'll continue our tour through the streets of Stone Town, learning why it is a World Heritage Site and one of the best preserved Swahili trading towns in West Africa.

The route will take us to Forodhani Park, home to a street food market. You'll enjoy a homemade soup and shawarma, along with sugarcane juice, spiced tea, or coffee.

We'll conclude the Stone Town food tour at 9 pm back at the starting point.
