If you're a local foodie while traveling, this Stone Town food tour is a must! We'll stroll through a World Heritage Site neighborhood and taste various traditional delicacies from Zanzibar.

Stone Town Food Tour

At 6 pm we'll meet next to the Old Fort of Zanzibar and start exploring Stone Town, the oldest part of Zanzibar City. We'll head to Darajani Market, experiencing the vibrant bazaar as locals shop for their meals.

Afterwards, we'll relax at a restaurant, enjoying a soft drink or local beer while admiring a spectacular sunset.

As night falls, we will continue through the streets of Stone Town, learning about its designation as a World Heritage Site and its status as one of the best preserved Swahili trading towns in West Africa.

The route will lead us to Forodhani Park, home to a popular street food market. Here, you can indulge in a delicious homemade soup and shawarma. Sugarcane juice, spiced tea, or coffee are also included.

We'll finish the Stone Town food tour at 9 pm back at the starting point.
