If you're a local foodie while traveling, this Stone Town food tour is a must! We'll stroll through a World Heritage Site neighborhood and taste various traditional delicacies from Zanzibar.

Stone Town Food Tour

At 6 pm we'll meet next to the Old Fort of Zanzibar and start exploring Stone Town. This area is the oldest part of Zanzibar City. We will head to Darajani Market to experience the vibrant bazaar and browse local products.

Afterwards, we’ll visit a restaurant to relax and enjoy a soft drink or local beer while admiring the sunset.

As night falls, we will continue our tour through Stone Town, which is recognized as a World Heritage Site and known as one of the best preserved Swahili trading towns in West Africa.

The route will take us to Forodhani Park, home to a popular street food market. Here, you can indulge in homemade soup and shawarma. Options for sugarcane juice, spiced tea, or coffee are also included.

We will finish the Stone Town food tour at 9 pm back at the starting point.
