On this day trip to the tropical Jozani National Park, you'll observe Zanzibar's red colobus monkeys in their natural habitat.

Day Trip Details

We will pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and take you to Jozani National Park.

This park is the only existing refuge for the red colobus monkeys. Upon arrival, we'll begin a hiking trail to explore the beauty of Jozani and its ecosystem. During the tour, we will share information about the wildlife and flora of the area.

Common trees and plants include red mahogany, oil and raffia palms, sycamores, ferns, and eucalyptus. You'll have the opportunity to capture the red colobus monkeys on film, an endangered species central to this experience.

After approximately 3 hours of hiking, the tour will conclude back at the starting point.
