Snorkeling at Las Gatas Beach

Description

At the designated time, pickup will be at your hotel in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo to take you to the port. Snorkeling equipment will be provided before boarding a boat for the tour.

The journey south through the bay of Zihuatanejo takes approximately 20 minutes, offering views of the Sierra Madre del Sur. Arrival at Las Gatas Beach, a half-kilometer stretch of sand, allows for exploration of the seabed.

During snorkeling, you will see starfish, sea urchins, hermit crabs, and colorful tropical fish. Additionally, a secret location with a submerged sculpture of Christ the King will be visited.

After an hour of snorkeling, there is an additional hour of free time to relax or continue snorkeling. The return trip to Ixtapa Zihuatanejo will commence, with drop-off at your hotel occurring 4 hours after the initial pickup.
