At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your accommodation in San Cristóbal de las Casas, beginning our journey northeast towards Ocosingo. We’ll pause on the way for a delightful breakfast before continuing our exploration.

Our first major stop will be the stunning Agua Azul Waterfalls, a magnificent biosphere reserve known for its vibrant turquoise waters. You will enjoy 45 minutes to dive into the natural pools created by the cascade and unwind amidst the breathtaking scenery.

Following this, we will proceed to Misol-Há waterfall, a majestic 115-foot (35 meter) cascade nestled in a verdant tropical forest. This enchanting location also served as a backdrop for the film Predator starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

We’ll then head to the remarkable Palenque Archaeological Site, the centerpiece of our excursion, making an additional stop for lunch en route.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts ruins from an ancient Mayan city that dates back to 226 BC and is renowned for its impressive art and architecture. During our visit, you will explore the Temple of the Skull, the Palace, the Ball Game, and the Temple of the Inscriptions, among others.

A guided tour will lead you through Palenque, and afterward, you'll have an hour to roam the site at your own leisure.

Our adventure will conclude with the return journey back to the heart of San Cristóbal de las Casas, with an expected arrival around 6 PM.
