Excursion to Lucerne + Yacht Tour

On this trip to Lucerne from Zurich, you will explore the historic centre of this notable Swiss city and enjoy a yacht tour around Lake Lucerne.

Day Trip Details

We will meet at the Sihlquai Bus Station parking lot at the scheduled time and head to Lucerne. During the journey, information about the area will be provided. Once we arrive, you will receive details for the meeting point and your boat ticket, followed by 6 hours of free time to explore Lucerne.

Recommended activities include a stroll through the historic centre, visiting the banks of the Reuss River, and crossing the iconic Kapellbrücke. The area also features the Church of the Jesuits.

You can taste the renowned Swiss cuisine during your free time. At the designated time on your ticket, you will enjoy a yacht ride around Lake Lucerne lasting one hour with an audio guide in English, showcasing the lakeshore and surrounding natural landscapes.

After the yacht ride, you can explore other areas of Lucerne, including the Lion Monument, a sculpture by Bertel Thorvaldsen from the early 19th century.

Finally, we will reconvene in the centre of Lucerne to return to the meeting point in Zurich, concluding our trip after 9.5 hours.
