Day Trip Details

Meet at the Sihlquai Bus Station parking lot at the scheduled time for our journey to Lucerne. During the trip, you will learn about the Swiss countryside's history. Upon arrival, you will receive your boat ticket and a briefing on the meeting time and location for later.

You will have 6 hours of free time to explore Lucerne. It is recommended to stroll around the historic center, visit the banks of the Reuss River, and cross the iconic Kapellbrücke, the oldest wooden bridge in Europe. Nearby, the Church of the Jesuits is also worth a visit.

During your free time, consider trying the renowned Swiss cuisine. At the designated time on your ticket, enjoy a yacht ride around Lake Lucerne for an hour, which includes an audio guide in English.

After the yacht ride, you will have additional free time to visit more of Lucerne. The Lion Monument, a sculpture by Danish artist Bertel Thorvaldsen, is one notable site.

Finally, we will meet in the center of Lucerne to start our return journey to the meeting point in Zurich, concluding this trip after 9.5 hours.
