After meeting at the Sihlquai bus terminal parking lot in Zurich, you'll board a bus to Lucerne. Your guide will point out significant monuments in the old town, including Chapel Bridge and the Jesuit Church. Upon arrival in Lucerne, you will have free time to explore, and your guide will suggest notable sights like Weinmarkt Square.

Next, you will take a boat trip across Lake Lucerne to Kehrsiten and then use the funicular railway to ascend Bürgenstock mountain. At the peak, you can hike amidst nature or visit the famous resort, which has hosted notable guests like Audrey Hepburn and Sean Connery. There is also an option to hike to the Hammetschwand Lift, the world's tallest exterior elevator.

Note that the Hammetschwand Lift is open between March 27 and November 12, 2021, subject to weather conditions.

At the end of the day, you'll return via funicular to Lucerne to meet your guide for the bus journey back to Zurich.
