Mount Pilatus Day Trip

Departure from the Sihlquai Bus Terminal at 9:30 am. Travel by bus towards Lucerne, crossing the Albis Pass and along the Lake of the Four Cantons. A photo stop will be made before reaching Lucerne, where your guide will highlight key points such as the Chapel Bridge and Jesuit Church. Free time will be provided to explore Lucerne's Old Town.

Next, continue by bus to Kriens for a cable car ride, enjoying views of the Krienseregg forests en route to Fräkmüntegg. Board the Dragon Ride aerial cableway for expansive views of the Swiss Alps.

At Mount Pilatus, at 2,131 meters, options include a walk down the Dragon Trail or a short hike to the summit. Free time for lunch at the mountain restaurants is included. After exploring, return via the steep cogwheel train to Alpnachstad, followed by a boat cruise on the Lake of the Four Cantons to appreciate the Alpine scenery. Arrive back in Zurich around 7 pm.
