Mount Titlis Day Trip

On the morning of your tour, you will depart from Zurich towards Lucerne. After a brief drive through this lakeside city, you'll have approximately one hour of free time to explore its historic center or have lunch. The next stop is Engelberg, where you will board the Titlis Rotair panoramic cable car, which rotates during the ascent, providing 360-degree views of the Alpine landscapes.

After a 40-minute cable car journey, you will reach the peak of Mount Titlis, at over 10,600 feet (3,238 m) above sea level. You will have around two hours to enjoy various activities at the summit before returning to Engelberg and back to Zurich.

What is there to do at Mount Titlis?

At the summit of Mount Titlis, you can participate in the following activities, all included in your ticket:

Titlis Cliff Walk: Europe's highest suspension bridge located at around 10,000 feet (3,000 m) offers views over the glacier 1,500 feet (460 m) below, the Uri Alps, and beyond.Ice Flyer: a chair lift that flies over the glaciers, providing aerial views of the snow and crevasses.Glacier Cave: a 500-foot-long (150 m) walkway under the glacier.Glacier Park: a snow fun zone for sledding and snow tubing.
