Grand Mansions and Historic North Adelaide - Walking Tour

This walk highlights the grand mansions of Brougham Place built to address the Park Lands setting and, in contrast, continues to Lower North Adelaide, which features the Chichester Gardens subdivisions between Stanley, Melbourne & Jerningham Streets.

This tour visits the lower end of historic North Adelaide which has a very high concentration of heritage within the one suburb/area. History, architecture, and heritage are on display and again we talk about some of the more prominent and also lesser-known former citizens and their stories.
