Its amphitheater is today one of the best preserved in the world and reflects all its past splendor.
When it was founded in the third century, it could accommodate up to 30 000 spectators making it the third biggest one in the whole Roman world after Rome and Capua.
Visit this Roman Colosseum classified as UNSECO World Heritage site in 1972.
