At the indicated time, we'll meet at Diseminado Rio Jate Pol, located 5 km from the center of La Herradura, where the coffee and tropical fruit farm awaits us.

The tour begins at the farmhouse, with roots going back 300 years. We will learn about its history and then proceed to walk through the plantations.

During the walk, we will encounter plants such as custard apples, avocados, red bananas, macadamia nuts, mangos, pitayas, and passion fruit. The guide will explain the favorable climate conditions for these crops and the care practices involved. We will also discuss the significance of sugar cane in Almuñécar.

The tour includes a visit to the only coffee plantation in Europe. We may observe local wildlife, including chameleons, partridges, mountain goats, and eagles. The tour concludes with a fruit tasting.

After 1.5 hours of exploring, the tour concludes, and participants have the option to buy fruit directly from the tree to take home.
