We will convene at a time that suits you at the La Garganta restaurant, nestled within the village of El Chorro, part of Alora. From there, a shuttle bus will whisk us away to the trailhead of the King's Little Pathway, a short 15-minute journey.
Upon disembarking, a brief stroll through the pine trees and Mediterranean flora will lead us to our starting point. Once there, we’ll equip ourselves with safety helmets and embark on a memorable walking experience along the footbridges of the Caminito del Rey!
This 3.5-hour adventure presents spectacular vistas of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, filled with awe-inspiring landscapes. While taking in the scenery, you'll also delve into the fascinating history of this pathway, including its association with King Alfonso XIII from 1921 and the origins of its name.
For 3 hours, we will traverse the stunning environment surrounded by rock walls towering over 300 meters (984 ft)! From these dramatic heights, observe the ways in which the Guadalhorce River has sculpted a rugged terrain over the ages.
