The Hobbiton Movie Set and Waitomo Glowworm Cave

The tour starts by picking you up from Auckland CBD, then we head to The Hobbiton Movie Set where you will hop on one of the Hobbiton buses that will take you to the Hobbiton Village. Your tour guide will take you around the Movie Set, explaining how it was built and will also tell you fun facts you never knew.

You will have a chance to go inside one of the Hobbit Holes, see The Mill, The Double Arched Bridge and have a complimentary drink at The Green Dragon Inn (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

After you finish your Middle Earth Journey; we start heading to Waitomo Glowworm Cave where you will enjoy a 1-hour guide inside the Famous Waitomo Grotto including a boat ride in the underground Waitomo River. This is a captivating underground oasis. Enjoy the journey through the renowned Waitomo Grotto on a guided tour, marvelling at the luminous worms. Glide along the Waitomo River on a tranquil boat ride, surrounded by the magical glow of these mesmerizing creatures. It's a breathtaking encounter that will leave you spellbound.
